Become a volunteer! Join the IPTA Volunteers Community today!

Parents of KIS students play an essential role in the vibrant KIS International Section Parent Teacher Association (IPTA) Community. All parents of KIS students are members of the IPTA community, and are required to submit the membership form with the annual non-refundable membership fee to the school account* Korean International School PTA, by Thursday September 7th#. (last updated Sept 4th) 

*Non-fulfillment of the Membership Form or Fee may result in the inability to partake in IPTA funded events.

#If you're a parent who joined after the deadline, please note that all new submissions will only be reviewed once a month.
For new parent joining mid-way through the school year, please email me once you have completed the payment. This way, I can add/invite you to the parent group in a timely manner.

Please have your check ready when you start filling out the form as the payment details of Bank Name and Check Number are needed. Once you completed the form, you can't edit.

The annual non-refundable membership fee is: 
1. HK$400 for the first child
2. HK$200 for the second child, and no fee for any child after that.  
3. WhatsApp groups for parents will be set up soon after the collection of fees.
4. All checks should be made to the school designated account Korean International School PTA (more details shown under Section 2: Payment Instructions)

IPTA operates as an organization that relies on the dedication of volunteers and in the upcoming weeks, I will be providing you with more details about the incredible opportunity to join the IPTA Executive Committees and make a significant and meaningful difference. As well as learning more about the various volunteer roles that parents can participate and engage in, consider becoming a Class Representative, Event Volunteer, and so much more! Stay tuned for additional information. and much more.
