A nice and easy way to make sure I can give you an accurate art quote and you can make sure you have all our thoughts written out!


Some of these questions revolve around D&D and other ttrpgs, but if those don't apply to you simply put N/A in any that are required answers! Thank you!

Character Questions
The following questions are in regards to your characters and their descriptions. Please go through them carefully and feel free to spare no detail. If you don't have a character, feel free to write 'n/a'. 
Please tell me the race, gender, height, build, or any special features of each character's physical traits. Not their attire or items. Spare no detail if that's what you want to see!   (Example: A male, golden aarakocra-dragonborn, 5'9", dad bod, green dragon eyes, spikes on head like a bearded dragon, and red feathers on head crest and end of tail) *
Props, detail heavy outfits, and animal companions come with additional fees. The price for a simple mace is different than an elaborate rapier; stacks of books to an umbrella; an elemental ferret to owlbear mount, etc. When I send my quote, each prop/animal will come with their price, and you are more than welcome to add or subtract said items to fit your budget. *
Does the character(s) have a familiar, animal companion, magic, items or large weapon (or weapon collection) that you want to include in the art? If yes, please describe them for me.
If this is related to a TTRPG or game:  What system are they in and what is their class & subclass? If not, what is their occupation?
Tell me what expression/emotion you want them to display. Are they reacting to something, thinking back on their surely tragic backstory, or just looking awesome? Please elaborate. *
If you have illustrations or references that you would like me to use, please have them ready to share with me (via social media or email) when we begin discussing your art commission. *
If you don't have visual references - or if you simply wish to elaborate more - use this space to talk about their color scheme, armour, weapons, magic, face paint, jewelry, items etc. (Again! Spare no detail if that is what you want to see!)
If you are commissioning an illustration, you are asking for a background. Tell me about the background you have in mind. Is it added elements for a sense of space or is it an actual environment (a room, tavern, forest, ocean, desert, battleground) ?
Do you understand that I have the right to refuse my services for any reason, including but not limited to: refusal to send payment and inappropriate/unacceptable behavior from the client without a termination fee? *
Do I have your permission to post this commission on my social medias? *
Would this commission be under a deadline? An upcoming birthday, an anniversary, or stream within the next two weeks? *
