Winners will be announced at the Senior Luncheons on May 23rd.
This form will count as your application for the scholarship from the Plano East PTSA. Scholarship money will be sent directly to the school of your choice for fall enrollment - 2 year schools, 4 year schools, and trade/technical schools are all included. One entry per student; duplicate entries will be deleted and may result in disqualification. Please do not apply if you do not plan to attend a school this fall. Winners will be contacted at the email provided with instructions to accept the scholarship.
