Kids Club/Mid Club Registration WAITLIST
Welcome to Kids Club/Mid Club! This form must be completed for all families registering for Kids Club/Mid Club.   Due to staffing limitations, space is limited. This form is timestamped and will be utilized as a waitlist.  

The registration deadline was 8/31. We are currently process all of the forms we have received as of 8/31.

Mid Club will run at their closest elementary school (see locations below).

Every family that fills out this must visit the Kids Club website (linked below), complete all five registration forms, and email them to Anna Raptoulis at raptoua@gpschools.org.
