Registration Form K-6th Grade

Session Information: Session will be virtual using the Zoom platform. Sessions will be offered directly after school and in the evenings. We will meet twice a week, each week for 1.5 hours each session.

Registration is honored on a first come, first serve basis. Sylvan Learning will call you to confirm registration and days. Classes begin after we have all students complete a pretest, most likely the second week of October, and will continue for at least 14 weeks.
