Please use this form to express your interest to participate in the Greek Alliance of the Erasmus+ project MOtherhood Valorisation and Empowerment for professional development – Upskilling Pathways / MOVE-UP, project number: 101087412.

The MOVE-UP project intends to develop a flexible and quality upskilling pathway for unemployed or inactive mothers, offering the opportunity of assessing, validating and further developing their prior learning for facilitating their participation in training and in the labour market, by enhancing the competences they gain because of their role of parent.

The MOVE-UP upskilling pathway is going to be covering not only literacy, numeracy and digital skills but will have a specific focus on the Personal, Social and Learning to Learn competences (PSL), in order to reinforce and turn them relevant for the labour market, based on the assumption that the experience gained as mothers is useful and relevant in working life as technical skills are.

The Alliances are a core activity to support engagement and long-term cooperation to support women (re)access training and labour market.

A National Alliance is established in each of the five countries participating, with at least five regular participants representing all stakeholders.
An International Joint Alliance is established with at least fifteen regular participants, with at least two representatives from each country Alliances, project partners and external experts.

The focus of the Alliances activities is on peer review, networking and collaboration linked to core project activities.

Observation and peer review of the proposals of the MOVE-UP project related to outreach, competences assessment and empowerment strategies.
Participation in the design and contribution as speaker in the MOVE-UP international webinars, open to public and to all stakeholders.
Group peer assessment and self-reflection on the experience with an open space approach.
