This Application is for vendors, readers, artists, entertainers and practitioners who wish to participate in the Fool Moon Sisters Bazaar Fair/Event at 350 Corvette Dr., Bowling Green, KY

Submission of this Application (please be sure all sections are completed) does not guarantee placement in this event. By signature on this form you are agreeing to all Rules and Regulations of the Event and the Facility, so please read them completely. This rental is for the specified weekend only: Sept 28-29, 2024 in Bowling Green, KY *

Friday and Saturday morning set up to be determined closer to date.

I will not 'break down' or depart this event until its end Sunday at 5:00 unless permission is given.

BREAKDOWN MUST BE BY 7 Sunday, so consider this while choosing what to bring.

The Event Managers will determine my Booth location.

No trading or sub-letting of Booth location is allowed without Management Consent.

I will not set up any display or other item outside of my specific Booth Space boundaries.

I will be 'open for business' by 10 am, Saturday

No 'drumming', music, or other loud sounds allowed without prior approval.

It is the Vendors responsibility to provide table signage/decor for their booths, and if purchasing electricity Vendor must bring extension cords, surge protectors, etc

Open flames or spraying of any chemical based item is NOT permitted.

Vaping and smoking are NOT allowed in the building.

Live Streaming is NOT permitted anywhere on the property except within the show ballroom.

NO WEAPONS are allowed on/in the premises.

No leaving food in the vendor area please. Vendor will clean up any debris.

No enclosed booths or tenting is permitted. In some instances canopies may be allowed; please contact to discuss.

No pets or young children in the vendor booths. Vendor will not bring young children or pets.

I agree to stay in designated areas of the event and understand I can not roam the premises without proper passes.

I will not adhere signage to any walls or any part of the facility. My signage is freestanding or on my tables.

No alcohol or non-prescription medications or drugs permitted.

I understand there may be entertainment on the 'stage' or 'strolling' entertainment. This will not be a quiet event. Some readers might like to use headphones with clients.

Vendor agrees to send their logo or business card to mamarubyshows@gmail.com for use in marketing. If vendor doesn't have that, one can be created.

Vendors who are worried about being near the stage area may request to be further back.

This is not a traditional metaphysical event; there will be all types of vendors and some entertainment that is not quiet. The entertainment will be in interludes.

There will be some outside areas if you'd rather be outside under cover, weather permitting.

I understand that once I am notified that my Application is accepted, and I will be a vendor at this Event, I will be notified how to pay for my booth via the email on this document wherein there will be a link at which to pay. The space is not truly reserved until payment is made. Payment should be made within ten (10) days of invoice notification if possible. *

Cancellation Policy: *

There are no refunds on Booth Purchases. All Sales are final.

In the unlikely instance that this show had to be cancelled by the promoters, you will receive a refund for your deposit or you will be offered placement in a future event.

Each Exhibitor is expected to help 'market' the Event on social media, and in any other way possible. It's up to ALL of us to ensure a great Event. *

Any bio or image can be used by Management in any form for Marketing purposes.

Each Booth is rented to one business/vendor only, and for the specific purpose listed in this Application. At this event, two readers may share a booth, but no more than two. Vendors may not share a booth. *

Only one business name will be conducted in Booth Space, or up to two reader names.

I will purchase the correct number of Booths to accommodate my business.

Thank you for applying to participate in the Fool Moon Sisters Bazaar, a unique shopping and entertainment experience. You will be notified if/when you are accepted into this Event. We are trying hard to keep a good balance and ratio of Vendors, Readers, Practitioners and more. Please realize that this is not strictly a quiet metaphysical fair; there will be noise and entertainment. We want you to be profitable and productive, and wish that for Mama Rubys as well. Working together, this is going to be a GREAT Event. We have tried to be thorough in this document, but Management reserves the right to add/delete or addend the Terms & Conditions. Understand that submitting this Application does not guarantee participation in this Event. *
