Apply for the Graduate Certificate in Digital Humanities at the University of Miami

Thank you for your interest in the Graduate Certificate in Digital Humanities. There are no prerequisites for the DH certificate, but you must be a currently enrolled graduate student at the University of Miami. You may apply for the program whenever you like, but faculty read applications two times per year: Dec 1st and May 1st. Before applying, you should discuss the certificate requirements and your intent to enroll with your graduate advisor. If you have already fulfilled course requirements for the Graduate Certificate in Digital Humanities, please list those courses here. For each course, please list the course number, title, instructor name, and semester and year you took the course. If you have fulfilled certificate requirements by completing a DH project in a non-DH course, through graduate coursework at another institution, or via external training or courses (e.g., through a class at DHSI), please formally petition the DH Advisory Committee to count this experience toward your certificate requirements (see https://dh.miami.edu/academics/graduate-certificate/index.html for more information and for the link to the petition).
