***Volunteer opportunities span from Tuesday, August 11th, 2020 to Saturday, August 15th, 2020***

**Volunteers will be needed for the pre-show days of Tuesday, August 11th, 2020, and Wednesday, August 12th, 2020, to set up M1 Concourse for the multiple venues and Motorsports events. Wednesday will be the highest activity pre-show set up day.

**Volunteers will be needed throughout the day for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for: Set Up-Arena, Set Up-Show, Set Up-Utilities, Admissions, Security, Grounds Keeping, Parking Attendant, ADA Compliance, and Hospitality.  

**For Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, (the event days), the morning volunteers will be needed to prepare and re-set applicable sites to launch the day’s events.  The second shift of volunteers and those who follow will support the functioning of the show. The last shift of the day will continue supporting the events still occurring and finally, close the show and secure all sites.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
**The Car Owners' Breakfast will occur both on Thursday and Friday of The Woodward Dream Show.

**The Woodward Dream Car Show and After Dark: Past, Present, Future events all occur on Thursday, August 13th, 2020.            

**The "M1 Time Trials" competition occurs on Friday, August 14th, 2020. Cars will begin arriving at 6:30 a.m. with the event beginning at 9:00 a.m.. Rev Up the Grill BBQ and Brew also occurs on Friday, August 14th, 2020, with volunteers needed from  3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..                                                                          

**Cruise the Concourse occurs on Saturday, August 15th, 2020, with volunteers needed by 7:00 a.m. and the event beginning at 8:00 a.m.. The Woodward Dream Show Parade on Woodward Ave through Pontiac also occurs on Saturday beginning around 11:00 a.m..                      

***Request for Volunteers for Tuesday, August 11th, 2020: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.***

*Assist with the set up of M1 Concourse for the multiple venues and Motorsports events, locate and install signage and directional information, oversee some utility set ups by contractors, and prep work for Wednesday’s set up activities.

***Request for Volunteers for Wednesday, August 12th, 2020:  7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m."""

This is the day that the majority of the setup activity will occur. The volunteer opportunities will include:

Set Up – Arena (hot rod show – lay out floor plan)
Set Up – Show (hospitality tents – prep with amenities for entertaining)
Set Up – Utility (oversee various commercial equipment installed)
Set Up - Admissions (set up entry process points, transportation shuttle drop off site, etc.)
Set Up – Security (confirm response procedures, traffic flow – both vehicle and foot, etc.)
Set Up - Groundskeeping (set up trash collecting kits, mobile bathroom service)
Set Up - Parking (set up onsite and offsite parking sites, traffic control, etc.)
Set Up - ADA Compliance (mobile bathrooms, food court, parking, accessibility, etc.)
Set Up - COVID– 19 Protocol Compliance (supplies for distribution, sanitizer stations set up, install signage, etc.)

Volunteers will be needed throughout the day for: Set Up-Arena, Set Up-Show, Set Up-Utilities, Admissions, Security, Groundskeeping, Parking Lot Attendant, ADA & COVID-19 Protocol Compliance, and Hospitality Sponsorship Suites.  

***Thursday Events (Note if you would like to volunteer for these specific events you must sign up for the time slots that coincide with those events):***

*Car Owners' Breakfast, Sponsorship Suites, and Food Concessions:
For these events, there is a request for volunteers from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m..

*The Woodward Dream Car Show:
This event is a juried hot rod show, awarding the best of the best in thirteen different automotive classes. There is a request for volunteers to assist with this event from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m..

*After Dark-Past, Present, Future:
At this event, guests will celebrate and mingle with fellow car enthusiasts in a luxury atmosphere combining live music, restaurant tastings, special cocktails, and beautiful show cars from around the world. There will be a request for volunteers for set-up from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. to assist with the event.

***Request for Volunteers for Friday, August 14th, 2020: 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.***

Volunteers will be needed throughout the day for: Set Up-Show, Set Up-Utilities, Admissions, Security, Groundskeeping, Parking Lot Attendant, ADA & COVID-19 Protocol Compliance, and Hospitality Sponsorship Suites.  

Friday Events (Note if you would like to volunteer for these specific events you must sign up for the time slots that coincide with those events):

*Car Owners' Breakfast, Sponsorship Suites, and Food Concessions:
For these events, there is a request for volunteers from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m..

*The "Point to Point Timed Track Attack":
This event includes point-to-point, timed sprint racing on 1.2 miles of the M1 Concourse track, featuring supercars and sports cars of all makes and models. There is a request for volunteers to assist with this event from 6:30 a.m. (when the cars arrive) to 4:00 p.m..

*Rev Up the Grill BBQ and Brew:
Guests will enjoy an open pit dining experience for teams, owners, drivers, and the public with some of the best BBQ in Metro Detroit. There is a request for volunteers to assist with this event from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..  

***Request for Volunteers for Saturday, August 15th, 2020: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.***

Volunteers will be needed throughout the day for: Set Up-Show, Set Up-Utilities, Admissions, Security, Groundskeeping, Parking Lot Attendant, ADA & COVID-19 Protocol Compliance, and Hospitality Sponsorship Suites.  

Saturday Events (Note if you would like to volunteer for these specific events you must sign up for the time slots that coincide with those events):

*Sponsorship Suites and Food Concessions:
For these events, there is a request for volunteers throughout the time frame of 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

*Cruise the Concourse:
 This event entails an open-to-the-public car show featuring fan favorite vehicles from the previous shows. Volunteers will be needed from the time frame of 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

*The Woodward Dream Show Parade:
This event entails a 50-car parade, guided by the Oakland County Sheriff's Department, starting at the M1 Concourse and heading through Pontiac via Woodward Ave. Volunteers will be needed from the time frame of 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
