*We appreciate your interest in our events and are so grateful for your support. Here is a brief summary to clarify the application process for The Usual Artspects:

1.     Applications are reviewed weekly.

2.     Only accepted applicants will receive a confirmation email. If you’re not accepted we are most likely at capacity for that event.

3.     If you select the waitlist option, applicants not initially accepted will be added to the waitlist and contacted if a spot opens up.

The Usual Artspects invites you to apply to participate in our May Art Show located in Bedford, Texas at Turning Point Beer.

LOCATION – TURNING POINT BEER 1307 Brown Trail Bedford, TX 76022
DAYS – Saturday May 25th, 2024
• SET UP - 1130am - 1pm day of event
HOURS – 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.
VENDOR BOOTH FEES - $70 for a space inside, 6-foot table only. 
                                             $80 for 10x10 outdoor spot

Tents are not required for outdoor vendors but are highly recommended. All vendors are required to provide their own supplies for set up (tables, chairs, grid walls etc). *THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT*. Vendor fees will not be reimbursed due to weather. 

As of 2022, The Usual Artspects has become a nonprofit organization that creates advocacy, awareness, education, and resources for female sexual assault survivors through various art and social events. As an artist/vendor that participates in our events please note you will continue to keep 100% of all sales on your items, and your vendor fee will be going directly into our organization. Thank you for your support! 

As a non-profit organization, your vendor fee goes towards helping female abuse survivors afford healing art therapy classes. We truly appreciate you choosing to be part of our event and helping our cause. As a non-profit organization, your vendor fee is non-refundable nor available for a credit for another event. If you are unable to attend an event that you paid an invoice for, you may either find another vendor to replace your spot (reimbursing you for the spot), or your vendor fee will serve as a donation to our cause. Thank you for understanding.
