1. I will not be an Equity student until after completing placement assessments, orientation, and my first scheduled visit with an academic counselor for completion of a Student Educational Plan.

2. I must be working towards one of the following goals: a certificate or degree or transferring to a four-year university. *

3. I will meet with an academic counselor a minimum of once a quarter. *

4. If I encounter difficulties meeting my educational/occupational objectives, I will consult with my counselor of Equity Office staff. *

5. I will notify an academic counselor or the Equity Office staff before I withdraw from any classes. *

6. I will maintain an average academic progress (2.0 GPA, monitored by progress report) and comply with academic advisement. *
