These virtual sessions will explore mind-body practices for nervous system regulation, stress management, increasing feelings of well-being, self-discovery, and empowerment. Modalities used will be variations of yoga, mindfulness, somatic movement, breath work, meditation, and journaling.
All sessions are free and will be led by Black Boys OM Creator, Danny Angelo. These multiple sessions will take place over the course of two months, May and June 2023.
