Pro-Action Compliance Overview 2021-2022
Please complete this form each year at the start of your Pro-Action Alliance Membership. It has been designed to help us, help you, by ensuring your organisation is doing it's very best to keep children and young people safe.

Don't panic, we don't expect everyone to have everything in place and we are here to support you, your 'one stop' Membership Alliance in Hertfordshire.

In order to fulfil our contractual obligations with our Funding Partners we are required to complete a random 10% sample of our Membership Alliance annually.  We will inform you if your organisation is selected and provide details of the evidence you need to provide.  This usually takes place between January and March, annually.

We look forward to working in partnership, supporting you, to support children and young people.
