Possible taze and shock tweaks
Lately there have been a few complaints regarding /shock and /taze commands, talking about imbalances and whatnot.

We have decided to ask a couple of questions so we can come to a conclusion. You have a few options, choose only one. Be sure to think properly before answering to a question.

Do you think we should make taze/shock recharge times completely equal? (currently taser gun recharges more often therefore shock gun has an advantage) *
Do you think we should add a shock reflector, same as taze reflector? *
Do you think we should make it so players can only buy 6-8 shock guns from Black Market and not 12 as they do now? *
If we make both taze/shock recharge times equal, after how many tazes/shocks should they recharge? *
Do you think we should remove taze reflector and not add anything else? *
Do you think criminals should *not* be able to shock LEOs whilst cuffed? (perhaps an exception when they are cuffed by a SWAT member since they can't move) *
Do you think we should make it so /taze and /shock have a chance to fail, something which is more roleplay-ish? (perhaps 20% or so chances to fail) *
Do you think LEOs *must* taze someone first before applying cuffs? *
