This retreat involves physical activity like yoga and meditation, walking long distances, etc. Are you volunteering to participate and pledging that you are in good health and able to participate? *
You understand that the $500 deposit is nonrefundable and reserves the space to participate in this international retreat to Panama? You will receive an invoice for the balance. You understand that payment in full is due September 1, 2023? Any additional payment refund requests must be made before September 1, 2023 and are subject to the discretion of the retreat organizer and determined by how much of the retreat expenses have already been paid for on your behalf.

You understand that you will have 1 to 2 roommates for the entire retreat, unless you've paid a premium for a single room at the villa. The single room rate only applies to your room at the villa. Everyone will have 1 roommate at the Riu Hotel. *
You agree to:
*Acquire travel insurance and a valid passport that is valid through December 2023;
*Be responsible for CoVid 19 requirements;
*Make roundtrip flight arrangements;
*Meet the group at designated times for provided airport and excursions transportation;
*Remain with the group;
*Be responsible for my own belongings and money to cover additional expenses e.g., meals not included in itinerary, shopping/souvenirs, tips, etc.
*Release Yoga Infinitum, LLC, Nasirah Denisse Gaines, retreat participants and employed parties from liability of any harm or loss, including death.
*Being photographed and audio/video recorded for promotion without any compensation or copyright.
