All Crucifixion Parish Members:

Our predecessors at Crucifixion Catholic Church and School have given us a wonderful foundation both in the ministries we currently have and in our physical campus: our church, school, rectory, and office.  Their foresight and commitment have carried us this far. 

However, as many parish members have expressed, we have significantly outgrown some of our spaces.  In order for our church and school to conduct our many programs and ministries, we may need to rethink our campus to allow for future growth.  As a result, our Pastoral Council has approved the formation of a Planning Task Force to suggest and provide possible solutions to the challenges we face now and expect to face in the future.

As a first step, Crucifixion's Strategic Planning Task Force needs your help and input.  To hear and understand your opinions, thoughts, and visions for our parish, we have created a survey for you to fill out at your convenience by December 3rd.

Below is the survey we ask you to complete. If you would rather use a paper copy, these are available after church and can be filled out and returned to the drop boxes at the back of church or to the parish or school offices.

When considering your answers below, please give thought to all we are as a parish both now and 10 to 20 + years from now.  Some of the categories you might consider are the following:     

 *Catholic education in our school *Faith formation

*Spiritual growth opportunities for everyone *Eagle Care and Pre-School

*Use of space and facilities by many parish groups *Knights of Columbus, * CCCW

*Breakfasts, fish fries, funeral lunches, social gatherings, etc.

… And the many more activities, programs, and ministries that make up our Crucifixion Parish.
