This is a 90 minute class from 430-6p.  Arrive at 4p to check in, and get your smoothie from Root Down Nutrition.  Please wear comfortable clothing as this will be slightly interactive.  We will be outside in the Parking Lot.  We do have a small number of chairs you may borrow but if you are unable to stand for 90+ minutes, please bring your own chair.   *
