Do you have a suggestion for the next speaker for an upcoming ANUW Event? Are you a compelling speaker with a unique story to share with ANUW members? ANUW is now accepting speaker nominations from our members, and we welcome your suggestions via this Speaker Nomination Form. ANUW is looking for speakers with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences that can speak to our members. Please use this form to nominate a coworker, friend, or mentor. Self-nominations are also welcome. Nominations should be limited to current Northwestern University staff or faculty members.

Fall Breakfast – Keynote speech, 30-45 minutes. Speaker shares career/life path or work at Northwestern University. Typically held in late October, annually.

Winter Speaker Panel – 1-hour moderated discussion with pre-selected questions. Multiple panelists sharing career building advice. Typically held in February, annually.

Pathways to Success – Keynote speech, 30-45 minutes. Speaker in high level/executive position shares how they reached current position with key turning points in career. Pre-selected questions asked by ANUW moderator at the end. Typically held in April, annually.

Conversations with an Executive – Keynote speech, 30-45 minutes. Speaker in high level/executive role at Northwestern University shares their work/role, “state of university”, or similar topics. Pre-selected questions asked by ANUW moderator at the end. Typically held in July, annually.

Skill-Building Workshops (i.e. networking, resume tips/advice, mentoring, etc.)- Held on an ongoing basis throughout the year, 30-45 minutes.

Book Club Discussion Facilitator- Held on an ongoing basis throughout the year, 45-60 minute casual discussion format.
