Thank you for your interest in Camp Erin Boston! Our 2024 session will consist of 4 parts:
1. Online family interview (June 2024)
2. Pre-camp Ice Cream Social (July 14 2024 Newton, MA)
3. Camp Day! (August 17, 2024 Middleboro, MA)
4. Reunion (October 2024 Newton, MA)
Priority will be given to families who can commit to attending all 4 camp-related events.
Who can attend Camp Erin?
-Any child or teen ages 5-18, and their family who have experienced the death of someone close to them in their lifetime.
-It does not matter if the deceased was a patient of Good Shepherd Community Care.
-It does not matter how long ago the death occurred.
-Priority will be given to families who have not attended Camp Erin Boston before.
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY MAY 1, 2024. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Spots fill quickly and applications are accepted on a rolling basis until we are full (50 participants). Applicants will automatically be placed on a wait-list once capacity is reached.
