WCF Community Opening Survey - May 13, 2021
While we await additional details on DC Mayor's recent announcement regarding the lifting of many restrictions related to COVID-19 effective May 21, including capacity restrictions on houses of worship, we'd like to get your thoughts on reopening.

Please consider your current comfort level with interacting with people outside of your household. We would like to get a pulse of whether your comfortability changes over time.
