Purpose of study
My name is Isobel Casey (I.Casey@student.liverpool.ac.uk) and I am investigating whether contemporary UK music festivals have been successful in adapting to new sustainable practices in order to reduce their environmental impact and create a sustainable future. The aim of this questionnaire is to analyse attendees' perception of and engagement with sustainable initiatives at UK Music Festivals in 2019.

During the questionnaire you will be asked to provide your responses using the mechanism clearly outlined. This will usually involve selecting a response that best represents your opinion in relation to the question. You must be 18 or over and have attended a festival in 2019 to answer this questionnaire. Each completed questionnaire will remain anonymous and will be stored securely, and the overall results will be used to write a research report. Please note that participation in this questionnaire is completely voluntary and that you can't withdraw from the study once your response to the questionnaire has been submitted. All of the data collected will be password protected or stored on university storage devices.

If you are unhappy, or if there is a problem, please feel free to contact my research supervisor Morag Rose on her email darribas@liverpool.ac.uk and we will try to help.

Thank you for participating!
