RUSHing Back to the Stage (2022)
For the first time in over two years, Force of Nature Productions returns to its roots with an evening of LIVE theatre. Brought to life for the first time in 2016, the RUSH is Force of Nature’s unique play festival format, uniting actors, writers and directors in a collaborative whirlwind of creative energy. “RUSHing Back to the Stage” is our 15th such show.

The premise is simple: playwrights selected a handful of prompts by lottery - in this case a genre (melodrama, film noir, western etc.), several props and a randomly drawn cast of three performers - to author an original, short play set in a common location (a park). Directors and their casts then rehearse, tech and mount the entire production over the course of just a few weeks. It’s fast, fun and always results in a memorable show for audiences and talent alike.

Sunday, May 15 @ 2 p.m. (SOLD OUT)

Tickets are $20 and are available for advance purchase here or at the door on a first come, first served basis.

Shows will be staged in compliance with current Los Angeles County COVID and venue guidelines.
All actors will perform without masks.

We're back and excited to welcome you!! We can't wait to share what we cooked up for you!

Our RUSHES typically SELL OUT! So we strongly recommend you secure tickets ASAP!  While the event is open seating, there is a limited number of actual seats. Approximately 50 per show.

You can also enter your credit or debit card information below for processing, if you chose. YOUR TICKETS WILL ONLY BE GUARANTEED ONCE PAYMENT IS SECURED BY US AND WE NOTIFY YOU THAT YOUR CHOSEN DATE IS STILL AVAILABLE.  Please be advised a $1.50 charge will be added to all credit card transactions.


COMING TO THE THEATRE:
If you RSVP,  please arrive on time. 5 min after curtain time any unclaimed seats will be given to those on the wait list.

Doors close 10 min past curtain time. Parking can be tricky, so please allow plenty of time for you to arrive on time and get settled. It is Los Angeles! :)
