NTHS Student Application - Concord HS (applications due 3/11/22)
Please complete this application if you are interested in applying to the National Technical Honor Society.  Please note, this is an INITIAL application.  Full membership is dependent upon completion of this application and review of teacher recommendations (advisor will complete).  Once confirmed as an eligible member, you must submit payment of membership fee and complete the online application that will be provided from NTHS (more details on that will be shared upon formal acceptance to the organization).

NTHS Membership Eligibility Requirements:
- Junior or Senior
- Minimum of 3 CTE credits with at least one credit being a 2nd level course
- Minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA
- No OSS during high school career
- No more than 3 separate ISS during high school career

Provide the names of THREE current Concord HS teachers to complete your recommendation.  At least one MUST be a CTE teacher.  You do not need to ask them to complete a recommendation.  The advisor will send the recommendation form directly. *
