Please use this form to submit a cancellation request for your NAOC 2020 registration. Please allow up to two weeks for your cancellation to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation has been completed.

To locate your confirmation number: 1) Log into the Member Portal and click "View My Event Registrations" under the Events section of the homepage; 2) On the subsequent page, click "View" next to your registration. Your Confirmation # will be listed under the General Information section at the top of the page.

For Non-Member Registrants

If you registered at one of the non-member rates that included a membership in one of the NAOC partner societies, please indicate if you would like to cancel that membership purchase as part of your registration cancellation.

No, please do NOT cancel the membership purchase that was part of my original registration. I wish to remain a member of that society. I understand that I will be responsible for the cost of this portion of my registration.
