By filling in this form you submit your wish to participate in the Drachenwald crown tourney. Contents of the form are kept in a Google Sheet untill after crown has been fought and are sent via email to their Majesties and the seneschal.
The form collects the information required by Drachenwald law and then has space to add an optional personal message to the crown. You will receive a copy of your data the day after sending in the form. Please keep in mind that days are calculated based on UTC (aka Iceland time) and end at midnight.
For filling out this form you will need for both of you:
- SCA name & Title
- Modern name
- Email adress
- Membership number
- Membership expiry date
- Events you have attended in the last 2 years (see https://drachenwald.sca.org/events/pastevents/)
For the fighter you will also need:
- Authorisation number
- Authorisation expiry date
There is space at the end to include a personal message or artwork if you wish to do so,
