根據勞動部統計，截至2021年6月底，全台灣有超過24萬位外籍家務移工。也就是說，台灣有大約24萬個家庭雇用了外籍幫傭或是看護工，並肩負起擔任「雇主」的職責。
我們理解成為一位好雇主並不容易。雇用外籍家務移工牽涉到大量的行政手續和法規，相信移工進入你的家庭後也對你和家人的生活帶來不少改變。我們整理了台灣雇主們最常碰到的問題和法規，並將在這場工作坊用最淺顯易懂的方式來回答大家的疑問。
According to the Ministry of Labour, as of June 2021, there are more than 240,000 migrant domestic workers in Taiwan, which means there are about 240,000 Taiwanese families currently employing a domestic nursing worker or domestic helper, undertaking the responsibility of being an "employer."
We understand that it's not an easy job to become a good employer. Numerous administrative procedures and regulations are involved while hiring a migrant worker, and we believe that a migrant domestic worker joining your household must have generated a lot of changes to you and in your family. We have organised a list of relevant regulations and common issues faced by the Taiwanese employers,

1. 雇用移工會牽涉到哪些國際公約或法規？What are the relevant laws and international conventions when it comes to employing migrant domestic workers?
2. 身為一個雇主，該避免哪些行為才不會違法呢？What are the practices I should avoid to prevent myself from violating the law?
3. 直接聘僱是什麼？我用得到嗎？What is Direct Hiring? Is that something that may come into handy?
4. 我該怎麼和我家的移工有更順暢、愉快的合作關係呢？How to bring about a smoother and more pleasant cooperation with the migrant domestic worker that I've employed?
