Spring 2024 Play Up Request Form

Players with a birth date within one year of the age group cut-off may request an age group adjustment to play UP in an older age division.

- Playing up is based on parent request. There is no evaluation or input from coaches needed.

- Adjustment is not guaranteed and is based on available space.
- Adjustments must be requested EACH SEASON, we do not extend from one season to the next.

Tips:

1. When completing this form, use the same email address that you use for your CSA Rec Soccer account for easier identification! If you have not played with CSA Rec previously, create an account on our website and add your child as a participant.

3. After completing the form, check your email frequently! You will get an auto-response. Additionally, we generally respond within a business day with further registration instructions.

4. Please take action immediately when you receive our instructions. Your registration is not confirmed complete until payment is made IN FULL for your division of choice and we received the signed waiver.

5. If the older age group is full, you can add your child to the waitlist and you will be considered in the order of registration. If you end up on the waitlist, you may wish to consider registering and paying for your regular age group as an alternative.
