Please sponsor Cloud Native Austin! When you do, please 1) be respectful of and courteous to the audience and 2) understand that no vendor pitches are allowed - whether you're sponsoring or not.

Sponsoring generally involves food and drink for attendees, but sometimes includes the venue as well. Our audience is technical, and on average we'll have between 50-100 people in attendance. As RSVPs arrive, we do our best to keep you informed of the registration numbers along the way. Understand, that we normally have ~65% attendance rate of registrants.

As a "thank you" for sponsoring, 1) your organization will be listed in the Sponsors section of our Meetup page and 2) you'll be given a couple minutes at the beginning of the Meetup to plug you / your organization.

Food and drink most often include bottled or canned beer with a non-alcoholic option for those who opt not to partake. A vegetarian option is considerate. BBQ, pizza, salad, pasta, ... anything is welcomed.
