講道館朝稽古では、「技」「形」「乱取」のコースをご用意しています。

場所 ：講道館国際柔道センター 7F大道場
費用 ：無料
対象 ：経験者から未経験者までご参加できます。
8F観覧席にてご見学できます。
その他 ：未経験者の方は柔道衣レンタル可
保険は各自でご加入ください。
Kodokan "Asa-geiko" offers courses of "Waza", "Kata", and "Randori".
Time ：7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Place ：Kodokan International Judo Center 7F Main Dojo

Eligibility ：All levels of experience and inexperience are welcome to participate.
Observation is available on the 8th floor bleachers.
Others ：Judogi rental is available for inexperienced participants.
