To stimulate Richmond's economic recovery, assist small and medium businesses, and save jobs, the Richmond Community Coalition (RCC) has proposed a $7.8 million economic revitalization plan for the city and launched the following opinion survey to collect citizens' opinions and suggestions. 為刺激列治文經濟復甦，協助中小商戶及恢復就業，列治文社區聯盟（Richmond Community Coalition)提出了一個780萬元振興列市經濟方案，並啓動問卷調查去咨詢巿民的意見及建議。
