This is a Registration Form for 2023/2024 Season. Please, note our classes are limited to a "first come first serve basis."  Tuition and $25 Yearly Registration Fee must be received when you're registered to secure your dancers spot.  Tuition and registration fee can be paid through Venmo, check or cash ( when using Venmo use “friends and family button” to eliminate any additional fees. In Venmo or on check include your dancer's name for reference.  Fall/Winter 23/24 classes run till June and registration does not secure a spot but, when payment is received.  Finally, be aware that photography and video footage may contain your dancer and will be used only for advertisement and promotion.  Understand that dance is a physical activity and can involve injury, and the possibility of injury. If the studio space is closed due to inclement weather or world events such as a Pandemic, the class will be made up by the student attending another scheduled class any day of the week in their age group or by a virtual class. In case of a withdrawal, please notified immediately.  Until such time, the space will be held for the dancer and tuition will continue to be invoiced to the parents/guardians.   Finally, please, do not bring your dancer to class if they have a fever or been vomiting in the last twenty-four hours.  Please, notify and feel free to attend a make-up class at a later time.
