Greetings, please use the form below to communicate to us more about what type of performance you will be doing, how long, etc. We will gather this information and complete a schedule. Once the schedule is complete, we will communicate that to our participants, along with a Zoom link that you will use to log in for the day you've been assigned to perform. You may sign up more than one time, if you have/had prepared different types of performances.

Performances will be from 10:30-11:00 on Mondays online via Zoom, starting on 4/13.
