** This location can comfortably fit 25 vehicles with a clear view of the screen, with lots of remaining room for chairs in the front for those who would prefer to sit socially-distanced outdoors. Front row parking spaces will be reserved for people who do not plan to leave their vehicles because of covid or any other access reasons **

Saturday, July 18th, People's Budget, Athens Mutual Aid Network, and Enlightened Media Productions will gather our community together for a drive-in movie night!

RSVP so we know how many folks to expect when we plan logistics!

You can also RSVP to reserve some food from RASHE'S CUISINE!

Saturday night, July 18th, we welcome you to join the People's Budget Athens, Athens Mutual Aid Network, and Enlightened Media Productions for a double feature of Copwatch and THE WIZ!!! This is an invitation-only event (see below).

What:
With all of our favorite summer events shut down, we are creating a space for our networks to come together to celebrate all of the community work we've been doing through these intersecting crises of pandemic, recession, and police violence. At the event, we will be launching our People's Budget Athens strategy for the coming year! Through our partnership with AMAN, we'll also be offering masks, sanitation supplies, and resources for health care, economic relief, and eviction defense.

** Invitation Only Event **
We are only sending this invitation internally to our close communities and lists of supporters. We are not publishing this event on Facebook and Instagram, so please do not share widely. Please do invite people who have been involved with People's Budget, EMP, and AMAN. If we can successfully pull off this first drive-in, then we will plan another public event for later in the summer.
