We hope you were able to join us in person or online to learn more about All Saints' plans. To express your interest in securing a memorial wall plaque or a columbarium niche at All Saints, or for a cemetery plot at Cook-Walden, please complete the survey below and/or remit a $1,000 refundable deposit payable to All Saints, with your selection referenced on the memo line of your check. If you prefer, you may also remit the deposit online by direct debit (https://bit.ly/3fQNVLb) or by card (https://bit.ly/3CEYhrE); paying by card will add an extra 2.8% to cover the card processing fees.

Your deposit will help All Saints measure the congregation's interest in each component of this project. Once the plans have been finalized, the balance of the reservation fee will be due within 365 days to permanently secure the reservation.
