OASIS 9-12 Student Learning Plan
This process continues the development of the Student Learning Plan (SLP). The information you provide will supplement the teacher's learning plan for your student.
1. COURSE DESCRIPTION: Describe the course/subject, title, list of contents covered.
2. INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: Online course provider, texts, or other resources
Please note: Religious materials & instruction cannot be part of the learning plan nor counted for core curriculum hours. If known at this time, please include course and/or activity title, location, anticipated costs, and hours per week of classes you plan to use for this subject. (A full time student is aiming for a total of 29 hours a week on their learning plan.)
3. LEARNING ACTIVITIES: Describe the basic outline of units, themes, labs, projects, or include a syllabus, etc.
4. METHODS OF EVALUATION: Methods of evaluation and grades are determined by OASIS staff. 90 hours is a typical semester half credit course. High school courses are graded on a Pass/No Pass or A - F grading scale based on test scores, projects, oral reports, discussion, daily work, weekly check ins, etc.
