Please note that transcripts only remain official if they are unsealed by the requesting party. Official transcripts will be embossed with the school symbol and signed by a school official before being placed in a sealed envelope. By submitting this form you authorize the registrar to send an official transcript on your behalf to the organization that you have identified.
