Notes for registering for a scheduled training programme:

1. A nomination form will be sent by email or fax to the requesting company to confirm the name and number of trainees to be nominated.

2. On receipt of a completed nomination form, an invoice will be raised for payment.

3. The fees are indicative of the unit charge per individual, and are VAT & NHIL inclusive, unless otherwise stated.

4. The fees indicated for each of the scheduled programmes is inclusive of course materials/handouts and course certificates, unless otherwise stated.

5. All fees must be paid no later than three days to the start date of the training. Nominees whose fees have not been paid in full may not be admitted to their ascribed training programme. Please call the number 050 7111 980 / 056 0060 926 if you want to negotiate alternative arrangements.

6. L’AINE Services reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel a programme at short notice for any number of reasons. In the event of such an occurrence, L’AINE will communicate to all companies with confirmed nominees. Where a programme is re-scheduled, all confirmed nominees will have their registration automatically transferred to the new date(s). Should the new date(s) not be convenient for a confirmed nominee, a full refund of the programme fees will be made. A full refund will also be made to all confirmed nominees in the instance that a programme is cancelled.

7. Any withdrawals of confirmed and registered nominees within two (2) working days of the training programme will not receive any refund, and are liable to the full payment of the fee for the particular training programme. Withdrawals that are made at least ten (10) days or more  before the commencement of the programme will attract a 50% refund.

8. A discount goes for any company that registers 6 or more persons on a particular training programme, with the discount applying from the 6th and subsequent numbers registered.

9. Kindly note that the details of the scheduled training topics and outlines can also be found on our website. L’AINE reserves the right to make any changes to the schedule as is deemed fit in our bid to improve our service delivery
