Experienced DECA members will be paired with new members based on their interests, passions, etc. The two members will meet monthly (or more depending on their schedules) to share competition tips and get to know each other/network. This will allow new members to feel more confident, while returning members get the opportunity to use their leadership skills they have learned, and of course a new friendship is made.
