DISCLAIMERS:

(A) The Eligibility criterias for admission into The MahāShivarātri Retreat

·      All who has learnt the Kriyā~Yoga techniques directly from Yogiraj SatGurunath or any of the Aacharys under the Siddhanath Yoga Parampara & are genuinely want to seek the Blessings and Empowerment from The Master are eligible to join the Retreat, provided they can bear the cost.

·      No Kriyā techniques will be freshly taught during this retreat. Absolutely new and not initiated people will not be entertained.

·      People with serious Physical/Psychological or Clinical condition or dependency & disability of any sort will not be allowed.

·      Participants with general age-related ailments, taking long term & regular medication may be considered depending upon the severity of their ailment and the treatment.

·      People with any sort of physical disability may be considered depending upon the severity of the disability & only if they can arrange their own assistance. The co- participants in the retreat or the Aashram Staff will not provide assistance to anyone. 

·      Children below the age of 12 are allowed provide their respective parents arrange their own Care~Takers, Babysitters, Assistants etc.

·      The participants with accompanying Assistant/Caretaker/Babysitter, will have to pay a n extra basic cost for the per-day lodging & boarding of their assistant.

·      Since we have shared accommodations at the Aashram, the Assistance will not be allowed to share the same room. They will also not be allowed to attend any of SatGurunath's session or any of the Yoga sessions.

 

The Eligibility criterias for joining The Hamsā Pilgrimage

·      The aspirants must be empowered by Yogiraj Siddhanath (SatGurunath) personally in a retired and not over a Zoom Webinar or Atmanaar.

·      Preference will be given first to those aspirants, who after having received the SatGuru's Empowerment, are practicing Hamsas under the lineage of the Siddhanath Yoga Parampara, for more than 2.5 years.

·      The Aspirants should be Medically and Clinically fit and healthy and should not have any Physical, Psychological or Psychiatric condition or disability or dependency on others, of any sort.

·      Aspirants with Cold/Cough/Viral fever/ and showing any sort of symptoms of Covid-19. Will not be permitted to join.

·      Aspirants who aren't fully vaccinated or are not having a negative RT-PCR test report will not be allowed.

·      Participants with general age-related ailments, taking long term & regular Medication and who do not require any assistance may be considered depending upon the ailment and treatment.

·      Children below the age of 12 will not be permitted.

 

(B)  Refund policy:

·      For Cancellations made 1 month prior to the Mahashivratri Retreat/Himalayan Pilgrimage, Refund of the advance amount will be provided after deducting 12%.

·      For last stage Cancellations (below 1 month from date of Retreat/Pilgrimage), there will be no refund provided. Adjustment of the non-refunded amount for a future event may be considered subject to the discretion of Sat-Gurunath on considering the reason for cancellation.

·      In case of last stage Cancellations due to genuine medical reasons, Refund of the advance amount will be provided after deducting 25% of the amount only after medical proof provided.

·      In case of discontinuation in mid of the Mahashivratri Retreat/Hamsa Pilgrimage due to Any reasons, No refund of the balance amount will be provided.

 

(C) Accommodation & Travel Facilities:

·      Depending upon the Room sizes & the age group of participants, Twins & Triple sharing accommodations will be provided with all basic amenities, during the Hamsa Pilgrimage. Those who require individual room would have to manage the same at their own expense. Accommodation fees charged by the organization will not be refunded.

·      For the Hamsa Pilgrimage, Buses will be organised for all travel. Those who require separate automotive/car would have to organise the same at their own expense. No money from the total amount of the Pilgrimage will be refunded for the same.

·      For the Hamsa Pilgrimage, Couples would not be permitted common accommodation due to being in the same vicinity of the Master. Only, couples with children accompanying them can be provided with a common family room. Those couples who wish to share common accommodation will have to manage for the same at their own expense. No money from the total amount of the Pilgrimage will be refunded for the same.  

·      For the Hamsa Pilgrimage, in case of last minute bookings post 2nd February 2023, it would not be possible for the organization to arrange for the Flight travel. For those registering beyond 2nd February would have to organise their own flight and travel up to the destination at their own expense. No money from the total amount of the Pilgrimage will be refunded for the same.

·      For the Mahashivratri Retreat, Caretakers accompanying those with invalidity or with children or chaufers would not be permitted to be a part of the Events and a separate charge would be applicable them. The caretakers/choufers will not be allowed to be a aprt of the seminar or enter the private residential premises of the Ashrasm without permission or be part of Satsangs. They would only be permitted to enter common areas.

·      The Organization does not take any responsibility towards return travel to Pune/any other city from the Hamsa Pilgrimage location, which is the final destination of the Pilgrimage. On prior intimation, assistance can be provided to you for arranging your return travel Pune or further.  

 

(D) Food

·      Our diet at the Ashram and at the Pilgrimage are simple clean healthy vegetarian Diets.

·      We do not cater to any strictly vegan food. But to our best possible capacity, we can try and accommodate participants with gluten allergy and lactose intolerance.

 

(E)  Medical Facilities

·      For the Mahashivratri Retreat, Basic first aid would be available at the Ashram, and a basic hospital near the ashram for minor illnesses would be available. In case of any serious illness, Pune is the closest city available with multi facility medical care Hospitals.

·      For the Himalayan Pilgrimage, there would not be guarantee of medical service availability due to lack of facilities above Rishikesh.

·      God forbid in case of any medical problem that occurs during pilgrimage that cannot be organised by local hospital and the participant has to travel down to Rishikesh, organising team will definitely cooperate and coordinate for all further necessary assistance. Participants having to leave the Pilgrimage due to genuine medical condition will be provided with refund of balance amount of their tour cost, except the amount towards SatGurunath’s GuruDakshina which will, not be deducted.

·      Mahashivratri Retreat/Himalayan Pilgrimage, no disabled facilities will be provided.

 

(F)  Currency Exchange

·      The Organization does not provide the services of Currency exchange. For both the Mahashivratri Retreat & Himalayan Pilgrimage, the organization can get you in touch with the front desk or concerned person who can organise for the same. You are free to use your own resources for their services.

 

(G) Basic Regulations:

·      Requesting for Exclusive time with SatGurunath for personal matters or asking non participants to visit the venue and getting them introduced to SatGurunath in a separate space will not be permitted  

·      No Audio/videography will be allowed. The pictures taken by the Organisation will be shared with all

·      At meal times, participants are requested to leave SatGurunath’s table empty and give him his required space & also refrain from directly approaching Him during meal hours or other at places, without prior permission from the organising team or unless they are called by SatGurunath himself to come and join him.

·      Participants must not enter into the personal accommodation of SatGurunath unless called for

·      Participants must take complete responsibility of their luggage and belongings, and be mindful of the same during every travel. The Organising team members such as Acharyas/Sevaks/Staff will not carry or take care of the luggage of the participants. The Organisation takes no responsibility for lost luggage and will not provide any reimbursement in case of the same.
