For adolescents and adults, the words of the poem in the back, also located on the coloring pages throughout the booklet, serves to inspire you to grow closer in your relationship to Jesus Christ, by abiding in the Presence of the Holy Spirit who will guide you in the way you should go. The end of the booklet contains many Scriptures found in the Bible to help guide your path. The poem is a reflection of these helpful verses.  

Many people are finding themselves dealing with anxiety, fear or worry and they are seeking help.  The Word of God gives peace to our troubled hearts, and God also gives us HIs Holy Spirit, which produces power, love and a sound mind deep inside our soul. This truth is found in II Timothy 1:7.   You will find the words of the scripture and the poem in this book to be in agreement and will provide instruction in how to live this way of life.

The coloring pages will be fun for children, youth, young adults, and old alike.  They are perfect for doodling, writing in your own prayers, thoughts, scriptures or anything you'd like to add to them. They were designed for you to decorate the way you want to, or you may like to color your pages like the original paintings provided in the inside cover of the booklet.

The artist/illustrator is an Art Therapist and will be using these booklets with clients of all ages. Coloring with colored pencils,  gel pens or crayons help calm nerves, and gives people something to focus on as they process their feelings. You may find this resource to be of help to you to relax and unwind at the end of the day.
