Spring Fair 2024: Volunteer Sign-Up

After 5 years we are finally bringing back our most popular & beloved event -  KELLETT SCHOOL'S SPRING FAIR! It will be held at Kowloon Bay Campus on Saturday, 16th March 2024, 11am to 4pm. It is the highlight and biggest social event of the school calendar for the entire Kellett Community. 

  • Bringing the Kellett Community together:  students, parents, teachers and families are all invited. There are 40+ fun and exciting stalls requiring a steady stream of volunteers to make it a success - games, F&B, cakes, sweets, student artwork auction, preloved books, toys, fashion and more....
  • In aid of a great cause - our children: proceeds from all stalls will go to K Squared, the school's curriculum enhancement fund. It aims to supercharge the education and learning experiences of our children beyond the limits of the school's operational budgets. For more info, visit K² | Kellett Foundation
  • All we need is one hour (min) of your time: we cannot make this a wonderful day for our children without your help. This is your chance to come together as a community and create memories with your child. All Kellett Parents are welcome to volunteer. Students (Yr 5 and up) & families are also welcome to help out. Pls submit their names or ask students to mention it to their class teachers (separate sign ups).
KEY INFORMATION:
  1. Volunteer for 1 hr (min): any of the 13 zones: scroll down & choose below
  2. Staff & Senior School students: are also volunteering at various stalls
  3. How it Works: volunteers rotate every hour; handover to next once done
  4. After submitting: you will be contacted by Fair Team to select your slot
  5. All you have to do is turn up: fair team planning it - pls turn up, help & have fun.
  6. Brief beforehand: don't worry if its your first time volunteering at our school fair. 
  7. Spread the Word: pls share with your friends in the Kellet Community.
