Nature Classroom sign-up 
It's my honor to facilitate both nature and yoga classes at my "property" (in quotes cuz property is a weird concept) with local folks and families who want to learn about their own Breath, their Body, and this mid-Atlantic Ecosystem we inhabit and enjoy. 

Filling out this form is a soft commitment to come to class some time and stay in touch. Casa Comfort is on Google Maps at 7009 Aspen Ave in Takoma Park MD 20912 (corner of Lincoln Ave). Classes are now $50 for a 3-class pass or $150 for all 10 classes between March 10 and May 12, 2024.
