All Kindergarten Students have to be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024 in order to start Kindergarten. (Idaho Code 33-201)

Please complete this form. Any required question that does not pertain to you please mark N/A. It is Idaho State law to have your student(s) birth certificate and immunization record on file so please bring them into the Elementary School office. (Your student will not be assigned a teacher for next year until we have both items on file.)

Kindergarten class lists will be posted during the Firth School District Fall "Back to School/Registration Day" which will be held on August 7th from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. ALL students in the Firth School District will be registering that day. Your student(s) will be able to meet their teacher, see their classroom and update all student information.

We will have a "Kindergarten Preview Day" on Thursday, May 2nd. All 2024-2025 A. W. Johnson Elementary Kindergarten Students are welcome. Parents can drop their student(s) off at 1:45 p.m. and pick them up at 2:45 p.m. This will be a great introduction to Kindergarten with Kindergarten Teachers: Mrs. Vasquez, Miss Adams, and Mrs. Christensen.
