Rumble 2024 will happen over 2 separate weekends and you are welcome to work on either or both weekends.
This form is to apply for Rumble Part 1 only - Please fill in Part 2 to apply to crew there also, plus tick the box below for Both Rumbles

As always, there's no way we can Rumble without you, so we are utterly grateful to have all your offers to be involved in making this happen. We are so excited to build our beautiful team, and experience how and what Rumble 2024 becomes, together!

Please note that Rumble is DRUG and ALCOHOL FREE.. and yet there is plenty of hot and sweaty fun plus mud and fire and chilling out and moving and dancing and being in nature.. and all those good things you've heard about Rumble!

💜 The deal for crew members!
We ask crew members to work a total of 16 hours (normally 4 x 4hr shifts) in exchange for a full ticket, breakfasts every day and 4 meal vouchers to use during the festival, plus all meals during Set up days.

You are welcome to upgrade to include ALL your meals over the festival for just £20 (cost price), either in advance or when you register on site, otherwise you can buy individual meals at the usual price.  We also have a crew-only area for tea, snacks and privacy also. Crew get 50% discount for the full Sauna pass too!

We ask all crew members to pay a fully refundable deposit of £50. This is returned the week after the event once all shifts are completed. Once you fill in this form, our Crew manager, Anna, will be in touch with some more details, though if you are happy to confirm your place, you can pay your deposit today (See below)! 

Here's some important Crew and general info that may be useful before signing up..:

Crew Welcome Gathering Thursday August 1st @11am
IMPORTANT! - We would love all the Crew to join our Crew Opening Circle on Thursday morning. Please let Anna know if for any reason you are unable to join us. We're so very excited to see you there! (Bring tea and we'll find cake etc..)..

Specific dietary requirements
We can cater for Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free or Nut-free diets. If you have a special diet that we cannot cater for, or prefer to bring your own food, then please get in touch.

Getting to Rumble!
The village hall in Bellingdon is just a 10 min taxi from Chesham station on the London Underground.

Lift Sharing!
For anyone who can offer or would like to request a lift / share a taxi to or from Rumble - Please use this Google Doc to find each other! - We also have our WhatsApp Rumble Community for real-time requests and everything Rumble..

What to bring!
All the obvious stuff including:
- A hot water bottle in case it gets cold at night
- A tent, mattress and sleeping bag! (we do have Rent-a-tent options if you don't have a tent.. See tickets)
- A torch 
- Ear plugs
- Instruments to play around the fire - though please be mindful of 9pm curfew for drums
- Extra snacks in case meals are not enough, though we'll also have some sweet snacks and chai on sale
- Comfy clothes with layers for hot and cold dancing indoors and out
- Towel of course!
- Games, glitter, gowns.. all silly things beginning with G (or any letter)

Sauna Corner
We can offer half price sauna to all staff, Artists and Crew - Just ask at the gate - It will be £12.50/Weekend

Making the most of Rumble!
We would love Rumble to be an opportunity also for you to take part in some / many of the workshops, music, circles, sharings or whatever you feel to join and to dive into, plus take the space you need to integrate and chill out too.. 

Our Responsibility as Crew
It's not all about working, for sure, though important to share that as crew we are taking on a responsibility to serve others through the work we do, and we do ask you are ready and able to work your shifts as agreed.

💜 Rumble 1 Crew Teams!
Setting Up the Site (Part of Site team)
Helping to unpack our container and arrange marquees, signage and facilities etc around the site. 

Decorations (Part of Site team)
Arranging lots of materials, random objects, fairy lights and fake ivy to decorate the entire venue and car park..

Packing down (Part of Site team)
If you can arrive especially early or stay especially late then this is your team! Get all your shifts done before and / or after the event and enjoy the festival without working at all.. Yehooo!

Slinky Site
Site is all about lighting, security, showers, moving tables and chairs, keeping fires, ensuring people know where they are, where to park and what they’re doing..

Catering Kittens
Supporting our head chef in the kitchen / serving food / helping prep, loading and unloading the dishwasher etc, staff kitchen.. everything involving food!

Registration Revellers
Sharing all the useful info with guests as they arrive, plus being on hand to help with questions and more. Reg is a small team, so please tick another box also, to ensure you get at least your second choice of team.   
Which team interests you most? - Please choose 1 or 2 options and we'll do our best to offer you one of those
Please let us know any relevant experience for any of the teams.. (Eg. Catering, fire keeping, interpersonal skills, Any other relevant festival crew experiences)
Which days would you most like to crew?

If you are happy with all the conditions, then you are welcome to confirm your place by Purchasing a CREW ticket for Rumble Part 1 (Please complete our form for Part 2 separately, if you'd like to crew for both) 

You will only be added to the ROTA once your place is confirmed, so the sooner you purchase the ticket, the more likely you are to get the shifts and team you requested..
