Wellspring Academy | Tuition for 2024-2025 School Year

Founding families, who enroll in the 2024-2025 school year to help launch Wellspring Academy, receive 10% off tuition for the 2024-2025 school year and each consecutive year of enrollment at Wellspring Academy. 

Parent Volunteer Hours Requirement
Parents are required to volunteer at Wellspring Academy to fill positions like classroom helper, hall monitor, lunch/recess duty, etc.
Full time families: 30 hours per school year
Homeschool hybrid families: 15 hours per school year  
*If your family cannot complete the required volunteer hours, there will be an additional charge of $15 per hour for any remaining hours. For example, if you are a full time family and only served 28 hours within the school year, you would still need to pay $30.

Full Time Option (4 days)
Grades K-6:   $5300 ($4770 after founding family discount) 
Grades 7-8:   $5500 ($4950 after founding family discount)

Homeschool Hybrid Option (2 days)
Grades K-6: $2800 ($2520 after founding family discount)
Grades 7-8: $3000 ($2700 after founding family discount)
*Tuition includes curriculum, fees, and classroom supplies. Families will be responsible for student school supplies.

Non Refundable Deposit (Per Student)
Full Time Option (4 days): $1000
Homeschool Hybrid Option (2 days): $500
*The deposit goes toward a student’s tuition for the school year. This deposit will not be refunded if the student does not finish the year at Wellspring Academy.

Payment Plans 

1. In full: To be paid by June 1 prior to the school year starting.
2. Monthly: To be paid on the 1st of each month from June (prior to the school year starting) through March. If a monthly payment is paid after the 1st, there is a 5% late fee; if paid after the 15th, there is a 10% late fee. Families who choose monthly payments, will be charged a one-time fee of $150 on May 1.
