Special Event Rentals at Redwood Raks 2022

We are excited you would like to have your event at Redwood Raks in 2022. Please fill out this form so that we may help book your event.
Workshop rate is $25/hr
Friday Night dance parties $100 (starting after 7:30pm) or $50 for 6+ or more in a year.
Saturday Night Dance Parties $150 (starting after 6:00pm) or $100 for book 6+ or more in a year.
Daytime Birthday Parties $100 for 2 hours (includes 1 hour before / 1 hour after for set-up/clean-up)
Half Day Rental (either 8am-5pm OR 4pm to midnight) is $150
Full Day Rental (8am - midnight) is $300 (Saturdays & Sundays only, with 2+ months advance notice)
Sit down Concert / Show rate starts at $250

Please note: Deposit of $100 for any party/event rental. Any public events must have proof of insurance, all trash/recycling must be removed by renter and disposed of off site, the space must be nicely cleaned for the next group. We will hold $100 check and return within 3 days of event rental.

Which Studio are you hoping to use for your event? *

Jade Studio (first room when you come in, larger room, back door that opens. This is the room for concerts/shows, public events, anything with drumming, birthday party rentals, etc.)

Bella Studio (second room down the hallway, smaller room, no big loud events in this room. Great for backstage add'l rental for shows)

COVID-19 Current Event Policy

Under state and county guidelines, masking is optional for vaccinated persons as of 2/15/2022. While attending classes, unvaccinated individuals must be masked. Instructors may choose to require all participants to mask, regardless of vaccination status, or they may request proof of vaccination. Please check with your teacher about the masking and vaccination requirements for their class. Thank you for helping keep our dance communities safe!
