Transportation Registration Form 2020-2021
Don Soffer Aventura Charter High School will be providing limited bus service for those students who are eligible for transportation for the 2019-2020 academic year.

Bus transportation provided is designed in accordance with Miami-Dade County Public School guidelines. If you qualify for transportation it would be between 2 and 3 walk miles from the school address.

Your bus pass will be sent via email to the address you list below once transportation has been approved. No student will be transported without a bus pass.  You must have the student ID number filled in as no blank fields will be accepted.
