Please select the shifts that you are interested in volunteering for the Phantom Firework Fundraiser. If you would like to receive more information on how to participate in future fundraisers for the Grant County Bands, please leave your email at the bottom of the Google Form.

In order to volunteer for school fundraisers where students will be involved, a school background check must be completed. Please email Tyler Mullins for more information at tyler.mullins@grant.kyschools.us.

*****NOTE: BACKGROUND CHECK IS NOT REQUIRED TO WORK THE FIREWORKS STAND. ONLY REQUIRED FOR ACTIVITIES/EVENTS/FUNDRAISERS WHERE STUDENTS ARE PRESENT!!!!*****

If there is ever the situation where a volunteer would be alone supervising the students without one of the Directors present (i.e. taking the marching band members to the changing room, bus chaperone, etc.), a CAN form is need in addition to the local background check.
