By submitting this form, you notify the Admissions Office of your intention to withdraw your child from the International School of Hellerup. 

If you wish to withdraw multiple children, please submit a separate form for each child. 

Upon receipt of the form, the Admissions Office will contact you to verify and confirm the withdrawal.

Note: Should your child be registered in the Lunch Service Programme and/or the After School Care Programme (ASCP), their participation will automatically end when you withdraw them from the International School of Hellerup.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY 

To ensure a smooth transition and avoid additional tuition fees, it is required that the withdrawal form be completed and submitted at least three months prior to the student's intended last day of school. Should the form be submitted with less than three months' notice, additional months of tuition will be invoiced accordingly. Report Cards: Important Information and Procedures

 For Primary and Middle School Years 1 to 4, report cards and documents are available on Toddle. For Middle School Year 5 and the Diploma Programme, these documents can be accessed on ManageBac.

It is important to download all necessary documents before your child's last day of school. Please be aware that Toddle and ManageBac will only be accessible until your child's last day, after which profiles will be archived.

In cases where you need a report card after the profile has been archived, please email info@ish.dk and ensure to copy the respective Principals. Be advised that there is an administrative fee of 400 kr per report card and the processing time may take up to one week.

Special Instructions for Students Leaving at Year-End Families of students leaving at the end of the school year will have access to Toddle and/or ManageBac for an additional two weeks after the school year's last day. This extension is to facilitate the downloading of June report cards, which are typically released on the last day of the academic year.

Early Departures (Before June 1st) For those departing before June 1st, please be informed that the final report card for the academic year, which is typically issued on the last day of the school year, will not be available.

School Deposit Refund Information

Please be aware that the school deposit will only be refunded when the following conditions have been met:

  1. A three-month notice has been given as per the school's withdrawal policy (https://ib.ish.dk/about-us/school-policies).
  2. All library books have been returned.
  3. All outstanding school fee invoices have been settled.

The deposit refund will occur two weeks after the withdrawal date. It's important to note that if the withdrawal date falls during a school holiday, the deposit refund will take place two weeks after the holiday ends.
