Spring Artisan Fair 2024 Vendor Application
This application is for the Spring Artisan Fair on Main Street Holt, MO on April 13th from 12-8:00 pm. This event is a full day of fun for all ages. 

This is an outdoor only event. We are offering a 10X10 booth for $35. You are responsible to supply your own canopy, tables and chairs. Canopies are mandatory.  We will not supply electricity so you will need to supply your own (quiet) generator if you need it for your set up. 

If you are interested in being a vendor, please fill out this application.  A minimum of two pictures of your products will be required when you apply. Please send them to nickisnider@kearneyenrichment.org This needs to be done even though you have done other shows with me.  If you are accepted, you will receive an email welcoming you with a payment link. Payment will be due within one week of receiving your acceptance letter. 

There will be no refunds 2 weeks leading up to the event (after March 30th.) We ask that you are set up and ready to go a half an hour before the event starts and that you stay for the entirety of the event. 

The City of Holt requires all vendors to obtain an occupational license. The cost is $25. You will have to reach out to Holt City Hall to get that taken care of. 

Weather Policy is as follows: I will make the decision to cancel or leave early if severe weather presents itself. To ensure our safety and save your inventory from being damaged. If the event is called off before it starts you will be refunded. If it has to be shut down after the event starts you will not be refunded.
